My experience in adult learning and education
Nimekuwa mtaalamu wa mitala katika Taasisi ya Elimu Tanzania (TIE) tangu mwaka 2006, nikiwa na uzoefu mpana katika kubuni mitalaa ya elimu ya watu wazima na elimu isiyo rasmi. Ninapenda kujifunza zaidi ili kuendeleza elimu jumuishi inayokidhi mahitaji ya jamii. Nimeshiriki katika kuandaa miongozo, kutoa mafunzo kwa wawezeshaji, na kushiriki katika uhuishaji wa mitalaa ili kukuza ujifunzaji wa maisha yote kwa watu wazima nchini Tanzania.
I was a teacher at the Tanzania Institute of Education (TIE) in 2006, and I was very interested in the field of adult education and non-formal education. I want to learn more so that I can develop education that meets the needs of the community. I am involved in developing curricula, providing training to teachers, and participating in educational research to improve the overall quality of life for people living in Tanzania.
