My experience in adult learning and education
I am an English teacher with over 18 years professional experience in education. Secondary Medical school, Elementary school, Adult Education Elementary school and Secondary Vocational school are all state-funded institutions where I currently teach and work. My interests are to learn more, to share experiences. I would like to improve on methods and strategies in AL, give and take advice on being a helpful, dependable team member. Guiding learners to get fully involved in projects, encouraging participants into thinking about the project, setting it up, managing work in progress, to going live and evaluating success.
