My experience in adult learning and education
With over 10 years of experience in adult learning and education, I have worked as both a facilitator and lecturer, and several years, I have been managing adult education programmes. I am deeply passionate about education and training, particularly in equipping learners with the skills to shape their own futures.
With South Africa’s 45% youth unemployment rate, my focus is on developing small, targeted learning units that help individuals enhance their skills and improve their mobility in the job market. I hold a Master’s in Theology and a BCom (Hons) in Human Resource Management, and I firmly believe that lifelong learning is the key to meaningful progress.
