My experience in adult learning and education
Since 2008, I have worked as a Student Support Coordinator for distance and e-learning courses at the University of Namibia. I then joined the Department of Higher Education and Lifelong Learning as a facilitator of the Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education. This is an academic development programme. My focus is on educational, management and learnership, inclusivity and decolonisation of the education system as well as indigenisation.
