My experience in adult learning and education
I am a researcher and academic specializing in Social and Educational Gerontology, Adult Education, and Transformative Learning. My work focuses on enhancing lifelong learning and well-being for older persons through innovative education strategies. As a Lecturer and a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, I design and deliver courses, mentor students, and conduct impactful research. My interests include sustainable education, community empowerment, and interdisciplinary approaches to adult learning. With experience in social work and gerontology, I integrate theory with practice to address real-world challenges, ensuring that education serves as a tool for empowerment and social change.
