My experience in adult learning and education
I am a graduate in the field of adult education and now a lecturer for at least 10 years. I do research, teaching, seminars, community outreach programmes, consultancy services, and I participate in workshops and conferences related to adult learning. I have deepened my understanding of the concepts, theories, and practice of adult learning and therefore contributed a lot to growing young professionals in the field of adult learning and education.
