My experience in adult learning and education
As a teacher of adult English class,I find it interesting to support adults who missed out a chance of learning and I equip them with English language skills that helps them improve job prospects and increase on their self esteem. However this process is never easy, it is coupled with a lot of absenteeism , retardation and demoralization of both parties. I'm interested in seeing my learners flourish,their retention in class and consistency
