My experience in adult learning and education
J’ai eu l’occasion de travailler avec des adultes dans différents contextes, notamment en formation professionnelle et en ateliers communautaires. J’aime concevoir des activités interactives qui favorisent la participation et valorisent l’expérience de chacun. Je m’intéresse particulièrement aux approches d’apprentissage par la pratique et à l’utilisation de supports visuels pour renforcer la compréhension. Pour moi, l’éducation des adultes est un moyen essentiel de renforcer leur autonomie et leur confiance. Je cherche toujours à m’adapter aux besoins et aux attentes spécifiques des apprenants.
I have had the opportunity to work with adults in various settings, including professional training and community workshops. I enjoy designing interactive activities that encourage participation and value each person's experience. I am particularly interested in hands-on learning approaches and the use of visual aids to enhance understanding. For me, adult education is a vital way to strengthen autonomy and confidence. I always strive to adapt to the specific needs and expectations of learners.
