My experience in adult learning and education
Since 2015 to 2025, adult education project implementation with Finnish Refugee Council in Refugee settlements in Uganda. I have trained facilitators and instructors of adult education in training curriculum in use. Interfacing with semi and non literate refugees and Ugandans neighbouring the refugees has shown me that the work is just starting. Interfacing with government agencies responsible for certification, accreditation and recognition, again shows alot of work to do in Uganda specifically to bring value and appreciation of interventions.
