My experience and interests in adult learning and education are grounded in the understanding that adults learn best when education is self-directed, practical, and leverages their wealth of prior experience. I focus on moving beyond traditional pedagogical methods to embrace andragogy, which recognizes that adult learners are self-directed, motivated by immediate application, and, for many, driven by the need to bridge skills gaps for career advancement or personal growth.
