My experience in adult learning and education
My experience in adult learning and education stems from my work with the Okere City Project in Uganda, where I coordinated the Okere Adult Education Program (Aero-Kwan FAL). This program provides literacy and numeracy training for adults while embedding digital literacy and civic awareness components to strengthen community participation and resilience. My professional focus has been on advancing inclusive, context-sensitive approaches to adult education that link grassroots learning to broader development outcomes.
