My experience in adult learning and education
I am an educationalist and a community development expert with vast experience working as a teacher, teacher trainer and community worker. I have interacted with young people and adults from different backgrounds and at different levels expressing their discontent on the lack of formal education and employment opportunities. I have therefore realized that the solution to their plight is the provision of education and training that provides market relevant knowledge and skills related to occupations in various sectors of economic and social life through formal, non formal and informal learning.
