My experience in adult learning and education
I am a passionate, experienced, tech-savvy educator of Geography and History, a content creator and the Founder of Tuition-Bee Reinforcement Learning - a supplemental education platform which focuses on the creation of education programs and resources, especially for students in resource-constrained settings. My objective is to create products and content for inclusive, multi-level learners across the globe. I am also a volunteer senior writer and editor at the Global Network for the Advancement of Single Mothers - a non-profit organisation. My specialty is psycho-social support for. and education of, single mothers and their families. I am a multilingual educator, poet and author. I am fluent in English, Kiswahili and Luhya. I also speak French and Spanish. I have over twenty years’ experience in education, teaching and mentoring students at various levels and in various capacities as a classroom teacher of Geography and History, a Dance and Drama coach and departmental head. I have also worked as a volunteer, providing homework help and tuition services to refugee children and adults in Africa and Latin America.
