A highly experienced Adult Learning and Education (ALE) specialist with over 20 years of professional experience in research, policy development, curriculum design, and programme implementation in Tanzania. Proven expertise in analysing adult education systems, designing inclusive and community-based learning programmes, and contributing to national and international ALE initiatives. Extensive experience working with government institutions, UNESCO, UNICEF, and other development partners on literacy, gender, and lifelong learning programmes. Strong capacity in integrating indigenous knowledge systems with modern educational approaches and producing high-quality analytical and policy-oriented outputs.
