My experience in adult learning and education
I work in the Institute for Post School Studies at the University of the Western Cape. Prior to this period, I worked in Technical Vocational Education and Training Colleges with adult women working in Early Childhood Development Centres. My PhD research focused on access to higher education of adult women working as ECD practitioners.
