My experience in adult learning and education
لدي خبرة ممتدة في مجال تعليم الكبار من خلال عملي في الهيئة العامة لتعليم الكبار منذ عام 2013، حيث شاركت في إعداد وتنفيذ خطط استراتيجية تستهدف الفئات المهمشة. اهتماماتي تتركز على دمج قضايا الاستدامة والتغير المناخي في السياسات التعليمية. وقد أثرت خبرتي المشاركة في دورات تدريبية دولية، منها: دورة تدريب المدربين (TOT) باليونسكو – مركز سِرس الليان عام 2014، دورة التخطيط الاستراتيجي عام 2015، برنامج إعداد المنسق الاجتماعي وفق النموذج الياباني مع JICA عام 2023، الدورة القصيرة حول التخطيط التعليمي المستجيب للنوع الاجتماعي مع IIEP – اليونسكو عام 2023، والمشاركة ضمن الفريق الوطني المصري في تدريبUIL حول تطوير الكفاءات الرقمية لمعلمي الكبار 2024–2025.
I have extensive experience in the field of adult education through my work with the General Authority for Adult Education since 2013, where I have contributed to the design and implementation of strategic plans targeting marginalised groups. My interests focus on integrating sustainability and climate change issues into education policies. My professional experience has been further enriched through participation in several international training programmes, including: the Training of Trainers (TOT) programme with UNESCO – Sirs El-Lyan Center (2014); a Strategic Planning course (2015); the Social Coordinator Training Programme based on the Japanese model with JICA (2023); a short course on Gender-Responsive Educational Planning with UNESCO-IIEP (2023); and participation as part of the Egyptian national team in a UIL training programme on developing digital competencies for adult educators (2024–2025).
