My experience in adult learning and education
I have worked in the field of education and ALE in Southern Africa for the past 20 years. Previously, as DVV Regional Director for the Southern Africa region. Now managing the Africa-wide African Continental Project and MOJA digital platform. I have worked extensively with education networks and am a firm believer in ALE that is community-responsive. ALE that includes the voices of stakeholders at every level of the system, both governmental and non-governmental, leads to a stronger and more sustainable ALE system for everyone. ALE is multi-sectoral and is happening in all sectors, where it is key to development efforts.
